OUR REFUND POLICY


As an artist, I strive to deliver high-quality graphic design and 3D modeling services to meet your expectations.
However, if you are not satisfied with our work, please review our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed-upon requirements. The project has not been started or work has not commenced. No refunds will be issued if: The client has approved the final design or 3D model. The project has been completed as per the initial agreement. The request is made after the agreed revision rounds.
  • 2. Partial Refunds
  • If a project is canceled midway, a partial refund may be offered based on the work completed up to that point.
  • 3. Processing Refunds
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 2 days of project delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days via the original payment method.
  • 4. Disputes & Revisions We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the project to allow for revisions before final delivery. If a dispute arises, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution. For any refund-related queries, contact us at:
