OUR REFUND POLICY
As an artist, I strive to deliver high-quality graphic design and 3D modeling services to meet your expectations.
However, if you are not satisfied with our work, please review our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed-upon requirements.
The project has not been started or work has not commenced.
No refunds will be issued if:
The client has approved the final design or 3D model.
The project has been completed as per the initial agreement.
The request is made after the agreed revision rounds.
2. Partial Refunds
If a project is canceled midway, a partial refund may be offered based on the work completed up to that point.
3. Processing Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 2 days of project delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days via the original payment method.
4. Disputes & Revisions
We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the project to allow for revisions before final delivery.
If a dispute arises, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
