Supply necessary files/info (high-resolution images, brand guidelines, etc.).
Make payments as per the agreed schedule.
Not request work that is illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or offensive.
4. Payments & Pricing
Prices are listed on the website or provided via custom quotes.
A deposit may be required before work begins (non-refundable if work has started).
Final payment must be made before final files are delivered.
Late payments may incur fees or pause project progress.
5. Revisions & Approval
Revisions are allowed within the agreed scope (e.g., 2-3 rounds).
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Once a design is approved, further changes are treated as a new request.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, you receive exclusive rights to the final design/3D model (unless otherwise stated).
We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed.
You confirm that any materials provided (logos, images, etc.) are legally owned or licensed.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel before work begins, a full/partial refund may apply.
If work has started, refunds are prorated based on progress.
No refunds after final delivery and approval.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g., hosting, payment processors).
We do not guarantee that our services will meet all expectations or be error-free.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the project.

If unresolved, disputes may be settled via mediation or small claims court.
